Will Hester Wins Legacy Division and Absolute Championship

10th Planet Oakland’s Will Hester put together a championship performance at Legacy, capturing gold in both his division and the absolute.

After winning his weight division, Will continued into the open-weight bracket and came away with another first-place finish, completing the day as a double champion.

Winning an absolute division adds another challenge to competition, requiring athletes to face opponents across different weight classes rather than only competitors their own size.

The result marked another strong performance for the 10th Planet Oakland competition team and another championship brought back to Oakland.
