10th Planet Oakland’s Mason Choi Becomes Three-Time JJWL Season Champion

10th Planet Oakland youth competitor Mason Choi added another major accomplishment to his growing Jiu Jitsu résumé, earning his third Jiu Jitsu World League Season Championship.

Mason has now been crowned a JJWL Season Champion three times, earning the honor in 2019, 2022 and 2023.

Becoming a season champion requires more than a single strong tournament performance. Mason’s three season titles reflect years of competition experience and consistent success representing 10th Planet Oakland on the Jiu Jitsu World League circuit.

Mason is part of 10th Planet Oakland’s youth competition program, where young athletes have the opportunity to develop their no-gi Jiu Jitsu, test their skills in competition and grow through increasingly challenging experiences on the mat.
